Responsibilities:

Requirements:
University degree (also graduates)

Your Role: Recruitment administration: writing, posting and maintaining all job advertisements on the internet, inputting information into the in-house recruitment system, liaising with recruitment websites
Recruitment: searches on various web sites for candidates/roles
HR Administration: assisting management with internal HR administration
Project work: assisting in planning for events, organising mail shots etc.
Reference checks: calling former employers of candidates to check their references for clients
Some bookkeeping and accountancy work may be included from time to time
Act as Assistant to two Recruitment Consultants; assist with their diary management and maintaining the candidate database
Your Profile: Some experience working in an office environment would be a distinct advantage
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)
Outstanding telephone manner and customer servicing skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Strong numeracy and excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:
