Purpose of the Job

• Provide carriers and customers with the right documents on time 

Accountabilities

• Creating and printing all necessary documents prior loading 

• Daily communication with retained organisation (ramp) and trucker 

• Sending Bill of lading instructions to carriers 

• Invoicing 

• Sending documents to customers on time 

We require

• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing 

• Advanced French (or Dutch) 

• PC Skills (MS Office) 

• Experience of working in a shared service centre environment an advantage 

• Communication skills
