Mission:

This work consist in assisting the Manager in his/her daily activities: Direct sale to customers, shop accountancy and merchandising, daily running of the store The trainees is involved in this following tasks:

• Knowledge and use of the basic techniques of International Trade (commercial, logistics)

•Organisation of the store keeping display, presenting the products…)

- Searching for potential customers

- Sending documentation, mailing, phoning…..

- Market studies (competition, outlets)

- Collecting and processing different information (market, products, regulations)

• Administrative processing of orders: Purchase and Sales

- Processing of orders (delivery forms, invoices, transport document..)

- Planning and control of stocks

- Dealing with customer

• Sale

- Recording customers

- Follow up of customers orders (preparation and consignment of orders)

- Bookkeeping & Stocktaking

- Planning orders & Merchandising

- Shop accountancy and merchandising

Profil:

The ideal trainee must have good communication skills and adapt to our shop environment, you will have to show the initiative and enthusiasm to teamwork and the capacity of adapting to a foreign and animated environment.

A reasonable command of spoken English is necessary to unable you to communicate directly to our customers.

The placement is paid £ 200 per month only for 5/6 months internships or over.

The trainee is liable for all his/her expenses (including meals, accommodation and travel), please take in consideration the cost of life in London before answering it.
