Logistics Admin Specialist with English and French (or Dutch

Purpose of the Job

 Provide carriers and customers with the right documents on time  

 Accountabilities 

Creating and printing all necessary documents prior loading 

Daily communication with retained organisation (ramp) and trucker 

Sending Bill of lading instructions to carriers 

Invoicing 

Sending documents to customers on time 

We require

Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing 

Advanced French (or Dutch) 

PC Skills (MS Office) 

Experience of working in a shared service centre environment an advantage 

Communication skills
