Working on international projects, you will provide strategic consulting, develop new business and product strategies, and guide high-impact integration and optimization efforts. You will receive and analyze customer requirements and prepare presentations and documentation. You will quickly take on responsibilities with full exposure to the top management. In addition, you will build up your own personal network and gain professional experience together with your skilled and motivated colleagues. As a Management Consultant, you will also present results to customers, develop ideas for further projects, and help with project calculation, providing your own service level agreements and cost estimates.


As a successful candidate for Junior Management Consultant, you have an outstanding Bachelor's degree; for Management Consultant an outstanding Master's degree or PhD, or similar qualifications. You speak and write English fluently and have gained first teamwork and international experience, possibly during an internship with project focus or as part of your studies. You have basic knowledge of presentation and project management techniques. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are good, and you are a team player with an open mind.

Job content:

  • Opportunity to involve yourself in specific projects within the European Purchasing Group, e.g. cost reduction potentials review, market analysis, knowledge management in the department, organisation of e-sourcing events
  • Support the ELBs and/or the EPAs in their daily business
  • Ensure an efficent communication process between the ELB, EPA and the local buyers 
  • Communicate all required and reliable information timely to the ELB/ EPA
  • Recognize and develop opportunities in line with the Nestlé sourcing strategy
  • Ensure a reliable procurement process for customer markets
  • Take part in supplier enquiries and negotiations of European purchasing contracts and agreements
  • Develop and manage an optimized supplier portfolio

Your profile:

  • Currently student of business administration or commercial information technology (e.g. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling)
  • Fluency in English and very good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, esp. MS Excel
  • Previous exposure to Supply Chain and/or Purchasing is preferred
  • Self-confident team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Result-focused, proactive, courageous, customer orientated and self-controlling
  • Employment depending on valid work permit

Your profile:

·                     You demonstrated outstanding achievement leading to your university degree.

·                     You bring excellent analytical skills – for you, abstract analytical thinking and a solid facility with numbers are second nature.

·                     You have an excellent spoken and written command of the English language.

INser est un projet étudiant de l’ESM-IAE ayant pour mission d’aider les étudiants dans leur recherche de stage, de développer des partenariats avec les entreprises et d’assurer un contact permanent avec l’association des anciens afin d’organiser une rencontre entre les étudiants et leurs prédécesseurs (conférence des anciens).
