Mission
The credit administration officer will have a broad range of activities, dealing with all administrative tasks related to credit facilities and guarantee. He/she will work in close cooperation
with other department (legal, sales, back offices, etc)
Activities
· Preparation of legal documentation for validation by Legal department
· Assuring that all conditions precedent for granting loan are fulfilled
· Registration of credit transaction into the database
· Monitoring of the credit facility and guarantee deadline
· Preparation of the Credit Committee (agenda, minutes, etc)
· Contribution to the accuracy of reporting to the board
· Follow up of administrative issues,
· Filing, etc…
Competencies
Profil
· University degree (at least Bac + 3)
· Accounting knowledge is an asset
